Here is a handy add-on tool for Firefox users.
If you manually submit to lots of directories but are sick of typing your site info over and over, this is the tool for you.
It is called InFormEnter.

To configure, I enter all of my site info before hand, (Title, URL, Description, etc.) Then while visiting the directory submit page, I simply point and shoot to automatically enter each line item from a popup list. Presto! No more typing. It only takes me about 15 seconds to submit now.
