Best (fastest) article directories?

When it comes to Article Directories, I've seen lists broken down by pr and alexa rating. What I'd really like is the top 5 or 10 in terms of article approval and publication. EzineArticles, for example, is highly rated by alexa and good pr (6), but takes forever to approve (at least a week). I've found searchwarp good to work with, great cp. Buzzle is fast, but you can only submit 2 articles at a time. Anyone familiar with a good list?
