Why not first figure out whom of the major domain registrars your going to be reselling and then see what scripts they recommend.

I would suggest you look at whois cart. It's $49 I think and works with enom.

I use drams system onn my http://domains.remcom.net site. its very good system, you can setup for your needs with alot of different payment processors. http://www.dramsystem.com/ is there url.
