What web host to use to have anyone upload pictures

Can anyone suggest what web host to use. I want to have anyone upload pictures and others can comment and/or vote on them. What would I use to achieve that? Thanks for saving me hours of research.

Yo need to fins the script and any PHP/MySQL shared web hosting will be good for you. I personally recommend have a look at apthost.com

Any php/mysql web hosting will be ok for you.

take any host with unlimited disk space or huge space. make a script to do it bcz cant upload any file directly in shared hosting without FTP

You need script to upload files through the web.
Also you need to be aware of the size host you would like to host. Do you have any ideas in mind? If you can transfer your request into that - it will make your search easily.
