How do I create my own forum hosting site?

How would I go about creating my own website for free forum hosting? You know, sites such as ProBoards and Forumer. A site where someone can fill in some information (name, URL, e-mail, etc.) and instantly have their own phpBB, IPB, or MyBB forum.

I could host it, but I don't understand how to make it so right when they click submit it creates them a forum. If someone could point me in the right direction or link me to a tutorial (which I doubt exists), it would be much appreciated.

Well, I think I can help you.
First of all you should build a web site, as for forum software, I highly recommend you to use vBulletin. Then you should register domain name which have to be unique, short, descriptive and memorable. The next step is to buy hosting - it is really not an easy thing to find stable and reliable hosting company - as for suggestion, have a look at sibername.com. This company offers free domain registration if you buy any hosting plan. Moreover, it has websitematic with the help of which you will be able to built a website.
Another important thing is to generate traffic to your forum which is really time consuming. I advise you to add your own address to your profile signature and well you wrote useful content people will visit your website.

Thanks, but I was not asking how to make a forum. I have many of those.

What I meant was how do I create a free forum hosting site such as Forumer and ProBoards. I don't need an answer anymore as I already found what I needed.

You'll need a few things, namely:

A dedicated server
A nice design
A script that does everything for you, like this one: http://www.phpbbhs.com

PHPBB simpler to use and easier to integrate with your website. 1000s of themes available and now PHPBB3 (under development) you have many features which you get mostly in paid BB softwares.
so PHPBB is the best.
if you want a hosted PhpBB3 forum: www.forumotion.com

I'm not sure If a dedi Is required for forum hosting,Forums can be hosted more than sufficiently and easily in a shared environment as well,Ipower and Hostgator offer good forum hosting options.
Ipower also has a quick cms as well as forum making phpbb plugin to work with,so Its really easy to setup a phpbb forum With Ipower.

About creating your own website for free forum hosting, you could try it. Just build your won website first and after that merge the forum software into it. You could try phpbb to have a forum on your own website. First you might have to read some guide on how to do it, there are some website that you could prefer on.

About creating a free forum hosting, You might need an unlimited sub domain hosting on your website. And you need to create a script that let the client register, his or her free forum on your website, the free forum would be a sub domain. That is just an idea, but I don't really know how to make it.

What for?
I think one domain name for the forum will be enough.
