Free host & free domain name -who have the smallest bann

Hello!
I would like to use frames for my website , but the banners on some hosts take up quite a lot of the screen, ie 90 pixels high! so if i use frames, there is 180 pixels used on them!
Which totaly free web hosts and free domain name websites have the smallest banners?
It must also allow www. like unlike a free webhost i tried earlier.

do you have your own domain already? i can set you up an account with just FTP capabilities... as much space as you need with all the bells and whistles. while you have the account, if you had things like wanting to setup your own email and stuff, it can be done with no hassle upon request.
