which webhotel for my asp/sql server 7 site?

Hi!
I'm looking for a new webhost for our site www.lazybee.biz (currently hosted with CI Host, let's just say I'm not fully satisfied...)

Is there a better host offering ms sql server 7/asp etc under USD 30 per month?

Detailed specs:

Choosing a webhost is hard. Choosing the right webhost is even harder. Will you get our business?

I would appreciate receiving at least two offers from you, both handling the things below (indicate how), i.e. one offer based on a shared environment, the other maybe a “co-location” or virtual private server or equivalent environment. We are on a budget, so best price for reasonable features wins.

I run several webs (e.g. – currently hosted by cihost.com, with which I’m extremely dissatisfied with and ant to switch webhost ASAP.
I want two things for my webs, that may (as now on webhotel cihost.com) exist together in one account or in two different accounts – please offer both:

1. FrontPage sites/subwebs
2. A non front page ASP/SQL server 7 (NOT sql server 2000!) application that needs two sql databases – 200 MB together
3. If possible, also possibility of low traffic real video streaming, showing several ca 40 mb video clips streamin

Some tech specs wished for (all not needed- some probably impossible in the shared environment solution) - indicate if you can deliver:
• static IP or subdomain to your domain (I really don’t want to move my domains to you, they are parked at mydomain.com and namesdirect.com, so I can quickly swith customer traffic to other webhosts if you go down)
• This document describes the production environment needed by the Lazybee system.
• WEB TIER
• The web tier is the part of the system responsible for receiveing requests from users via
• the web, contacting the database tier and formatting the returned data as HTML.
• Foundation

• ? Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0 or newer.
• ? Microsoft scripting host 5.0 or newer.
• ? Webtrends.

• Additional COM components
• In addition to the
• ? Microsoft ADO version 2.1 or newer.
• ? Flicks Software Authentix100.
• ? Software Artisans SA-FileUp version 2.3 or newer.
• ? ServerObjects ASPQMail version 1.0 or newer.

Please comment the following with YES or NO / or where applicable give an answer (so I can compare different possibilities):

• you don’t work with Hostingsupport.com or supportteam.net/.com
• instant setup?
• help us w running our SQL dbbuildscript and importing data from backed up tables? free? if not, how much?
• free trial period (so we can compare three alternatives for price, uptime, speed, customer service in sharp mode)?
• 30 day ALL-Money back (incl. Setup fee if any) guarantee?
• round-the-clock technical support by phone?
• round-the-clock technical support by email/ticket system?
• 50MB of Web site storage? More?
• Ability to support at least 3GB of monthly traffic? More?
• Load limits / bandwidth limits for our static asp/sql applications that draw on processor capacity more or less?
• Scaleability?
• setup fee? How much? Can I FTP over my files / SQL db’s and be running instantly? If not, in how much time?
• Other fees to get everything up and running?
• Monthly fee
• Ranking with netmechanic?/redalert?/other independant party that ranks uptime?
• Server monitoring?
• Uptime (which) Service Level Agreement? What happens if you don’t give me that uptime?
• Static IP?
• Bandwidth?
• Accepted server resource usage? Any upper deck-limit? What happens if my site(s) is attacked/has a sudden and temporary traffic peak?
• (Shared,co-lo, dedicated) Server specs: rams? Processor?
