if you need personal e-mail id, you need personal hosting.
you need your own hosting for domain, which you need, for ex. xyz@iloveyou.com

First off.. you will need a hosting account for your domain "You could try a free host like 110mb.com" from there you can easily create an email account.

try looking for a website hosting company that provides a control panel and other ammenities to setup your email account,because only if you have an hosting account with a control panel,then you can easily setup your email Id.

I guess that email hosting account will be tghe best solution for you even the cheapest. Shared hosting much more expensive.
