Need Help for Choosing VPS Provider

Hi,I am Martyn,,,Newbee!!!, I would like to know any good(cheap) and nice spec VPS provider,

Where can I get a VPS with specs like this:
100GB Disk Space
512mb Guaranteed Ram (minimum)
Data Transfer:Unlimited(No charge)
cPanel:LxAdmin or PLESK or CPanel
Virtualization: Xen (Because I've heared OpenVZ and Virtuozzo are using not real memory)
and finally cost around 30 - 35$

Can you guys tell me some good companies ?

I seems that is the same post I have seen in the same thread. As I said I would recommend you dedicated server instead but

Perhaps He just false to wrote beetween Storage and bandwith... If yes,
