My website connection is so choppy - Hosting problem?

I am experiencing very choppy connections to my website, and sometimes timeouts. It's really aggravating me.

Here is a test page I made, and want to confirmation:

I usually can only get an average of 16 images out of 20 loaded, everytime I refresh the page. (Refreshing in my browser renews the page instead of loading from cache). And it takes about 11-15 seconds for the page to finish processing.

Please let me know:
- How many images did or did not load?
- How long was the website processing?
- What state and/or country you are in?

I tested that page in these places and get the same choppy connection:
HOME - DSL - Duluth, Georgia
Friend house - DSL - Norcross, Georgia
Job - T1 - Lilburn, Georgia
School - T3 - Marietta, Georiga
