how to check uptime rate?

how can I check what percent of time my site is online? Can I find the answer by looking at stats?

there are services out there that monitor your site for uptime. I think some of them are free too. type site monitor into G. Should help you find some of them.

you can check stats though

if your site gets a steady flow of traffic just look for times where there was no traffic

this is normally downtime, or at least network downtime
