I'm finding cheapest and little fast hosting 5$-6$ per month.
I have a ixwebhosting account but it's slow of my country.
Offer me please. And I will test.

Yes. Alot of hosts in the United States. So many to choose from your bound to find a good host. Look for the big names, they usually provide quality service, and a good connection. Maybe midphase.com

You can check the speed by asking for a test download.

I may recommend you somthing like santrex.net - offshore, multiple datacenters worldwide, so I suppose in your place there would be a server having the fastest speed.

Also, if you do not mind annual billing, you coul have really low cost webhosting account on the fast server with dayanahost.com - the company is enough experienced and highly recommeded.
