How Do I Move The Domain

I have one domain at Hostgator.

I just got another domain that I want to be the main one
with the other domains being add-ons or subs.

How do I move the domain that is already there to be
an add-on of the new one?

Are you going to change main domain name associated with your account?
As far as I know HG using Cpanel so send them a ticket. That should be solved with no problem

HostGator does use cPanel. However, it does seem to be a heavily modified version of it.

So ask them for the help if you can't do that.
BTW what about their Cpanel?

Depending upon how large your website is, they sometimes limit some of the default features that are in cPanel.

First you would need to rename the domain name by contacting your hosting provider Hostgator to your newly purchased domain and then create add-on from the cPanel. Once you create the add=on domain you would need to simply re-publish your pages to the add-on domain through FTP or File manger. Once you have published to your add-on domain go to your control panel and remove the pages from your original domain.

I just went on their live chat and asked. They said if you go to the URL I posted then they will take care of the rest for you.
