Jkookserv.com Reseller hostings fraud by isotechhosting.com and jkookserv.com
I bought a reseller account from isotechhosting.com. jkookserv.com has been enabled with a privacy protect service which disables the registrant's actual details to be displayed in the whois of the domain name. I suspect isotechhosting.com and jkookserv.com have a same owner. Now isotechhosting.com disappeared and all my websites are down. I got this e-mail from isotechhosting.com. Please check it.

This is Wes. I was a good friend of Kurt's and I worked for him part time building websites. Mr Tanner was the sole owner of Isotech Systems and aside from a small hand full of employees, he basically ran the whole business himself.
Mr. Tanner has passed away. His 8 yr old daughter passed about a month ago due to complications from surgery and he took his own life shortly thereafter.
I was very close to Kurt and I had helped out alot for a while there when he was in the hospital with his daughter. He gave me most all of the user names and passwords to everything for his business. I am in
the process of taking over the but right now the biggest problem I am facing is gaining access to the main server. He has 2 remote servers, and the main server is at his home and the power is off there. I am trying to gain access to the home from the courts but my main problem
is his ex wife is trying to get the house and Kurt left no type of will or note or anything. She is a major Bi*ch and if she gets the house she will probably sell the equipment knowing her. I can restore everyone's sites on a different server if I can just get access to the
files. The power needs to be turned back on and I need to be there to turn everything back on. I could then get the files from a remote location.
I have a good lawyer on this and I am doing the best I can.
Do you have backups of all your websites? If so I could upload them to a different server for you. I would just need access to them. If you don't have backups please be patient and I Will get those files.
Once I have everything restored and up and running I will be giving all customers that this has effected a bonus for all the troubles. I don't know if you are interested but I have been working on a video course for beginners that shows how to build and sell websites.
It is guaranteed to teach anyone how to make a living websites and selling them. Alot of it was written by Kurt himself. I am doing the actual webmaster course teaching how to build websites and he explained in detail with no secrets held back how he built his business from the ground up starting out with just $50.00 and quickly
built it up to a full time job.
I will be giving this course out free to you and the others on the server that is down. The course will be on Dvd.
Sorry again for this. I understand how important it is to have a
reliable host and I will continue to do everything I can to get this
business back up and running to full capacity.You were sold lifetime
hosting and that is what you will get. The only thing I am worried
about are the files. They are there I just need to get to them. Always
keep backups of all your files.
Also if you have experience in any of these, Html, Css, Javascript,
Php, or if you just have enough knowledge to answer most questions
that would be asked by hosting customers, I will be hiring about 10
people to start out with very soon if your interested. If you were
interested in customer support you have a current job that is fine you
can make your own hours you would just have to decide your schedule a
week in advance and keep to it to a tee.
Let me know if you have backups.
Sorry this has happened. I am doing everything I can to get this
business back up and running.
