There are a lot of web hosting providers offering discounts. Just do your best in the search. I believe you are aware that is not recommended to chose web hosting company because of the discounts

There are many webhosting companies which offer discount on their packages at regular intervals. Don't choose any company on the basis of how much discount they offer. Only choose reliable webhosting company.

That is very useful suggestion. You need to chose web hosting company because they are good in terms of the quality not because they are offering huge discounts or something like that

i suggest you dont go for 1cent hosting service. there are lot of restriction on cpu and memory. you wont be able to use php and mysql on 1 cent hosting sites.

I assume that is not 1 cent web hosting service at all. That is web hosting service which is offer only first month with discount

Companies do not offer hosting for just one cent. They offer promotions where people only have to pay one cent for their first month so that they don't have to pay to try out the service.
