I have signed up for hostgator business account today and after the billing i received an email stating

There is a file called default.html in your public_html folder. This page will give you basic links and information on how to get started. I have checked the cpanel and also the url ending with my username but it doesnt accepting my username and password but i can able to enter into Modern Billing via
https://secure.hostgator.com/~billing/ and there is no due in my account.
Is this delay a normal one or it is supposed to work instantly ?
