which data center is best to place servers
Hi
who are some best datacenters to have dedicated servers, helping support,
100% uptime or 99.99 is ok, 1 hr hardware replacement time, cheaper
whm/cpanel included, external backup, scsi or sas is preffered, 100 or giga network

I believe that should be the one which is close to you by the location. I believe that is the only right way

The closest to you would be the most reasonable choise. Get a colocation sevice from the companies that are working on the market for the longest period.
If you are living close to the Las-Vegas, great choise would be placing your server at serverpoint's datacenter. These guys know how to make a good uptime.

The datacenter is best which is automated, virtualized, scalable, secured and connected to highly redundant network.

I couldn't have said it better, as far as price is concerned check out how much they are looking to charge for bandwidth per mg as this can vary from $100+ to as low as $10 depending on the facility. Also depending on your needs see what their power allowance per sq/ft is, as most racks normally use 20A/120V redundant circuits, if you need 30A or 30A/208V your costs can get very high if they need to give you more space. Overall just be sure to look at all of the facilities around you to make sure you are getting what you need.

It will be hard to find a colocation service that guarantees a 1 hr. hardware replacement time on client owned servers. If you haven't already purchased the server(s) you might be better off renting hardware at a facility close to your target audience.

There is a similar thread over at WebHosting Talk that deals with the location of good data centers, specifically for colo, however most do both colo and dedicated. Not sure if this would help: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=902633
I kinda like these two places: http://www.datacentermap.com and
http://www.webhostingstuff.com
The first allows you to find data centers in a geographic location that you might find more favorable.
The second one has uptime, length online, and reviews which may also aid in your decision.
I know of one that's not too shabby, but then again its a biased opinion!!!
