httpd is stoped - Site not work :(

i am check is ssh

httpd is stoped....

and my site is not work and show error in firefox "Failed To connect"

i can't start httpd (apache)

my site is not down.

if my httpd is start then my site is start working ?

Reboot the entire server/vps. You can try just rebooting Apache if you prefer.

I think the problem may be in server.

Reboot server and reinstall SSL.
Make sure that is not a problem in SSL.

If you can post more details and what have you done before start getting that error

i am fix this problem!

this problem occurred because of i am make a new config profile in httpd dir

auto start is failed httpd (Apache) so i am fix my config file and restart Apache Server(httpd)

If you're having trouble with Apache, or seeming to have trouble with one of its modules, your first stop should be in looking over Apache's detailed error log. Depending on how your system and Apache are configured, the error log may live in different locations. The default location for this file is a file named error_log located in the logs directory inside your Apache root installation. If you can't find your error log, open the httpd.conf configuration file and look for the ErrorLog directive, which defines the location.

But only the Host Master have the authority on that configuration file.
the only is to call the host owner.

dont play with live servers as I can see your are running hosting biz.
if you ever need to change config files. than first copy with -bak extension if any thing goes wrong you can recopy that file.
as your were changing httpd.conf first copy cp http.conf http.conf.bak , if some thing goes wrong you can recopy httpd.conf.bak to httpd.conf.
if you are expert in linux you can go free hand
