Automatic billing/user registration

I would appreciate recomendations of software that would do the following:



  • check for and/or register/move domains
  • allow for instant registration of new users
  • process payments at the time of registration, preferably with major CC processing companies such as Moneris and others
  • easilly integrate with cP, Ensim or Plesk.
  • ideally it would have localization capabiliies. I need English, Simplified Chinese, Polish, French and German
So far I took a close look only at AgileBill.

Well, I realize about downsides of automatic registrtaion and I honestly appreciate your comment. I will be targetting very specific groups of peope in various countries, so I assume (the assumption may be wrong of course) that while there may be some fraud, the ratio of fraudulent registrations will hopefully be not very high.

Any experience with that?

OK, I just got a call from ServerBeach, and now I am even more grateful for your comment. They said exactly the same thing.

The funny things is that when they asked me how I heard about them, I told them V7 Inc. They guy never heard about it. But when I said, the owner's name is John Scott he said: "oh, I know this guy"

automation is getting better with fruad, modernbill and some of the others integrate some of the anti fruad programs around, like "fruad score" (collect data like ip and stuff and give score low scores arent processed , or phone verification (calls number and has user enter in password given to them from phone call) and since u can setup autorize.net and most CC processors to block any that phone nu,mbers dont match CC it works very well, I personally take the time and do everything manually, but friends that run other hosting say it works good for them

It is only time till the figure out that you need the right phone number. I mean they got the credit card I'm sure getting a phone number won't be that hard.

The best way to stop fraud is to call the customer and verify the order.

but they would still need to answer the phone that the number would goto to get the password, I'm not following how they could guess that

and yes I relize they have the phone number for the credit card. Most fruad first comes from trojan horses or similar objects on a victims computer. This is normally how they obtain the credit card information
