I am sorry to hear you ran into problems with this company.
I would say they don't really know how to run a hosting bussiness.
If they did, they would know that your e-mailing large or small amounts
would be charged to you if it goes over your aloted Bandwidth for that
plan you selected, or they know thay can't handle that much on their
mail servers, which would mean that is a bad company to host through.
The sad part is you got burnt by them to learn first hand.
This type of practice is to0 offten happening all over the interent
when it comes to hosting company selection.
I checked out the site, I did not see anything that said anything
about email server usage, not even anything
like "we do not allow safelists, Autorespnders, ect as these type
sites but a strain on our mail servers"
So I don't see why they just poped it on you.
in otherwords you should have been warned before signing up
and sence you was not told, they really should refund your money
back as the plan does not fit your needs as it was not your fault if
they did not post anywhere about the rules on mail server usage.
Now if something happened that I did not want going on on my servers
and I did not have it posted becouse I did not think about it I would
refund the moneys, and post it on my site. then there after sence I now
have it posted, no refund. and the law would back me up on that. and what
money I am making form the site I could spend with a good contionce
