There's a few good asian hosts but russian i'm not aware of, why are you looking for a russian host?, marketing to russia, and need the lat. ?

one of my sites isent really permited on us, uk servers, so im looking for russian, swidish asian etc hosts, could you tell me the names of some asian hosts?

What about Dutch hosts? I happen to have sites that are not permitted in the US and UK but host them in my own country where there's no 'moral police' and 'restrictions to freedom of speech'.

If the subject of your site is actually too controversial for Dutch hosts you can always opt for total anonimous and use Freenet. (NOT traceable, not even for governments)

Only Child pron and spamming is forbidden in Holland as far as I know. For a Dutch host, specially when you want to host dodgie sites, contact info[at]webspacedesign.nl. The owner is a friend of me and they are located in Amsterdam. They host many 'controversial' sites, also www.spyshop.nl (they sell interesting secret service spy stuff to criminal organisations) and they also host lots of pron. She can tell you exactly what is possible, or not, in Holland.

I have a site hosted there as well btw, a site that is regarded illegal in the US but not down here.

Very well possible, it's weekend down here and I guess there's only an operator for emergencies available at the moment, their shop has office hours. I guess you can expect an answer on monday.
