Hosting provider
My hosting provider supports only Php platform. But I have revamped my site and changed the platform to ASP.Net, so now I am looking for a provider that supports multiple platform, so in future I don't face any such problem again.
Mod Note: His other IDs include one doing self-promos about hosting, so he was cordially invited to go play elsewhere.

If your host have php module for apache - that would be possible if not I suppose you will need to find another web hosting provider.

Most Windows providers will probably do the job. I've read good things about Fluidhosting, Cartikahosting, Jodohost among others.

If your hosting provider only supports PHP they probably use linux servers exclusively. Technically you can run ASP on linux servers but its really not a good idea for a lot of reasons. You're going to need a Windows based hosting provider for ASP script support.

If you moved to ASP, go with a Windows hosting package. It will close just a little more since it is more user specific but I think it is worth it in your case. I know the current host I use offers Windows hosting in all variants from shared to VPS.
Just make sure whoever you go with, do the standard 30 day trial.

The OP does realize PHP is a Linux commodity and that ASP is a Windows speciality. That is why he/she is asking for recommendations for a Windows provider. My suggestion still stands and I believe you get a free domain with any hosting package as well.

You should be able to find lots of webshoting companies that offer both Linux and Microsoft hosting platform. However, you need to purchase each individual platform separately. So in the end, you might still need to transfer from one platform to another.

Linux unfortunately doesn't really support the .NET protocols so you will need to opt for a Windows hosting service. Also know that Windows won't support PHP. So you are trading off somethings.
Do you really must have .NET coding on your site?

As it seems you asked about a hosting company that offers both windows and Linux servers. I myself like Hostgator. It provides both Linux and Windows server and also it has very good support team.
