Also don't just count the month to month payments, consider how much the domain costs as well. I know I get a free domain with hosting so it means you save more which is always welcomed.
These are all the things you need to consider.

Godaddy is best.
Also there is web4affrica and they accept all payments, even alertpay.

I was using "cheap" for years, but the downtimes are included, you should know.
There is always a "buried cat" in cheap hosting. I don't recommend you!
HostGator and TotalChoiceHosting worked out perfectly to me!
The latter had a few downtimes, like 1-2/3 years, HostGator never had a downtime in 2 years and when I used Micfo, I had like 2-3 downtimes per month.
Please take a careful look at in-depth reviews of web hosters!

I would suggest you to choose the hosting provider how suits your requirement. Search for the one who provides you with the best service after sales, and if you want to choose the cheap hosting service, just investigate properly whether the provider is prompt with support or not.

Yes and take care with very very cheap hosting, when you have some visits, automactly they suspend accounts, You can try Hostgator, if you are lucky in your server you will not have very visited neighbors and CPu load will not so high is teh problem os shared hostings accounts. You can try Hostmonster I try it and go well, and did you header about justhost? I have not experiences with this last. Good luck

if you looking for cheap with good support and service, than I suggest you check Hostome.com will sure work good for you, and if you go for yearly packages, you will reduce your cost by 50%.
As per my experience they have excellent customer support.

I would advice you for ixwebhosting and kvchosting, I have accounts on both and they are pretty much offering for little prices, but I would say kvchosting from part of live support, they are better and faster, the only one difference I would mark

How much is your inexpensive could be? Most too cheap hosting companies are come with unavoidable issue and leaves you behind later. If your cheap means $5 monthly then there are a lot of good companies. If you mean less than $5 then it is your risk. Cheap company can profit with their low prices by oversold their server and caused a slow loading for websites under that server.

There are only too many cheap hosts to choose. First....realize what your needs are. Regular web page creation? Drupal? Wordpress blog? Second, choose a host that can at least build a decent, professional front page. Not something that looks like it was thrown up in an hour. Finally, check if they offer support.

I don't advice using kvchosting anymore, I'm facing a 95% downtime since 4 days and too many SQL injections attacks ..

I cannot recommend iPage, their prices are very low, but they make money on refunds in my experience, when they occur, by charging for them. Others like Lunar hosts and JustHost, and Aplus have been excellent. But my best experiences to date have been with a VPS account at WiredTree. They are not the cheapest, but their service and speed are exceptional if and when you are ready for a VPS Account
