Please check is it the DNS settings already configured well? new server with WHM

Hi guys, i just got new server, the hosting company didnt set the welcome whm setting steps after setup the whm, so i set it by my self, i already contact my host about below problem, but they answer is not clearly maybe because they busy now, the website domain.com already opened to this new server, but please check is it the DNS settings below already configured well

Have 5 IPs, i use example : 1.1.1.0 - 1.1.1.4

1. In WHM > "Basic cPanel/WHM Setup" page : The Main Shared Virtual Host IP are 1.1.1.3, not like usually the first number 1.1.1.0, is it ok? its already setted like that

2. I assign in WHM > "Nameserver IPs" page
ns1.domain.com 1.1.1.0
ns2.domain.com 1.1.1.1

is it ok? not the default shared ip 1.1.1.3?

3. I set nameserver in the registrar godaddy like that too
ns1.domain.com 1.1.1.0
ns2.domain.com 1.1.1.1

is it ok?

4. In WHM > "Show IP Address Usage" page, the ip for domain.com and server1.domain.com are 1.1.1.3, not 1.1.1.0

is it ok?

5. They set reverse dns too like this
ns1.domain.com 1.1.1.0
ns2.domain.com 1.1.1.1
domain.com 1.1.1.3

is it ok?

6. In WHM > "Edit DNS Zone" page there is no server1.domain.com zone, there is only domain.com zone, in my previous old server using other hosting company there already server1.domain.com zone there automatically (maybe created by the host)

is it ok there is no server1.domain.com zone?

please advice guys

How to set dedicated/static IP for a site in WHM, and access it with an ip directly

I want to set dedicated/static IP for a site in WHM, lets say here is the ip lists :
1.1.1.0 (Main shared IP, ns1.domain.com)
1.1.1.1 (ns2.domain.com)
1.1.1.2
1.1.1.3 -> i want choose this as the dedicated/static IP
1.1.1.4

i already go to whm > Account Functions > Change Site's IP Address > choose the domain > and choose ip 1.1.1.3

so what next?

i try opening 1.1.1.3 in browser's address bar but its still say :
Default Web site page cpanel
If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner

the ip 1.1.1.3 should be redirected to the site directly, what part do i miss?

Nb. My host already set reverse dns too like this before, so i choose 1.1.1.3 for the static/dedicated ip for domain.com above, no problem with the reverse dns right?
ns1.domain.com 1.1.1.0
ns2.domain.com 1.1.1.1
domain.com 1.1.1.3

Keep the posts about the same problem together in the same thread instead of creating a new one please.

Thanks
