On another note if Bluehost is "awesome", why does the CEO act like a toddler throwing a tantrum on the biggest web hosting forum in the business?

Example # 1

Example # 2

Example # 3

Please read the entire threads before making a judgment.

You might want to drop Example #3 from your list. There's a person named 'Matt' from 'racknine' who has posted on it, but that's not not Matt Heaton from Bluehost.

If you're not going to host a dynamic website that will receive thousands of hits a day, then BlueHost is for you.

I agree that the service is what counts, not how it's advertised. The term "unlimited" seems to have become the latest marketing rage among hosting companies.

As recently a 6 or so months ago, Bluehost was offering, IIRC, 500GB of storage and multi-terabytes of transfer capacity. For all practical purposes, that's "unlimited" for probably 95% or more of their customers.

I'm fairly sure that offering their service as "unlimited" started when they began to lose business to other hosting companies who were advertising their sites as unlimited.
