Ownership issues?
With an FTP client I looked at the files on my host.
Somehave a owner and group of 99 some have 32022
Now, this is causing some issues with the plugins for my blog software because of ownership rights for read/write of files.
Even worst, some files I cannot even change the permissions through cPanel, don't know if it's because of that.
Anyone encountered a similar issue?

Dude, first I've heard of that... You're on scottmediainc server or d7host.com?

Is this on Motorcycle-Journal? If so I am your host. If these files are written by a script, IE images uploaded or files edited by some script they most likly are owned by the apache user or the user 'nobody'. If this the case your userid wont be able to edit the files owned by apache or nobody. To be able to edit those they must be world writable. IE CHMOD 666 or 777 for directories.

PM sent.
Back on ownership. If I upload files through cPanel, they have 32022 as the owner. Some files created through the scripts have 32022 some have 99. It doesn't make sense to me.
I'm no guru but I know my way around Linux box and ownership and permissions. I can't figure it out.

Since this is on a server I do not manage I cant tell you difinitvily how its setup but the normal method of setup is how I described where php scripts run as the user nobody and therefore files running as them get owned by the nobody user. According to the offical RH documentation user 99 is the nobody user. The user 32022 is most likly your acutal user account. You should be able to modify/delete files owned by 32022 using your ftp login or cpanel. The files created by your scripts if they are php scripts will most likly have the user 99 but if they are cgi scripts they might have the user 32022.
If your host sets up phpsuexec on the server this causes php scripts to run as the user of the account. In your case 32022. There are some downsides to having phpsuexec enabled on the server. Some scripts dont run properly with this enabled and scripts installed with it disabled often need to be reconfigured when it gets enabled.
You should be able to ask your host to reset the permissions on your account so you can modify the files owned by the 99 user nobody. Assigning them permissions of 666 should give you global rw permission and folders with permissions of 777 for global rwx.
