Searching a tool to measure the slowness of the webserver

My webserver works too slow, but when calling my hosting provider, they claims it goes fine.

I'm trying to find a tool to measure the slowness of the webserver to give them some specified figures.

Do you know any tool? Thank you very much.

I have used www.numion.org in the past, it comes with stats.
