http://aidhost.com was my host. Nothing happen before my account was suspended. Today I went to my website and I get a suspended message

Why would you use such a crap hosting company???

I mean, look at the link you provided, it takes you to their front page and you can see that the only way to get in touch with them is via their 'Contact Us' 24/7 support and it looks like you have no other point of call.

I take it you have read their policies page?

Whatever the reason, it would have been nice if they would have at least let you know.

Even one unsecure contact form can lead you in trouble with hosting company.What's the reason one thing is very clear your hosting company has ignored value of your websites.

The record showed it got suspended 16 hours ago
but we did not touch it.
It happened to several websites during the past
couple of months. Arab hackers regularly trying
to attack and deface websites. So when the attack
was detected - they suspended accounts to avoid
further the whole server damage. I guess this was
the case. I have just unsuspended it.

If thats the case, make sure they give you a free month's hosting in return for the hassle.

You pay them - Their problem - They have to compensate, at least to keep face.

Thats my take anyway.

Arab countries have become the hottest places to outsoruce IT support in the world. Some of the largest hacker groups today have predominantly Arab memberships.
