The question is more ambiguous. No one test all the hosting provider to find the best and worst. However, you need to find the attributes required by a hosting company to rank it best or worse.

To be perfectly honest I am satisfied on services provided by GoDaddy.

Read the post more carefully before you reply. I have asked what is the best service that you have experienced. I am not asking you to compare all the webhosting services.

So are there anyother services you have used apart from GoDaddy and if yes then what's your view about that.

You can always look around .. try exploring new host by buying small services and then upgrading them to big one.

Racksapce for dedicated servers have been awesome. There has been many issues, which they fixed and I only realised when they sent email explaining the problem and solution.
AIT has been the worst. Confusion, poor customer service.
Both these experience when I was working for an ecommerce company.

Web Hosting services is a very competitive industry, you can even find a very cheap hosting rate as low as $4! I've been using GoDaddy for a long time now however Im not satisfied by their good customer service. You are kept waiting for long duration on the phone and receive reply after a day by mail.

Ive been using hostmonster for years now and I've always had great service, quick support, and next to no down time. Thats why I've stayed with him.

I have had sites on Intuit and Go Daddy. I now have all my sites on Go Daddy because of their: ease of use, better feature set, pricing and storage allowance. I would urge anyone to put them on list of options. Their customer support is lack luster but I do not believe that it is any worse than their competitors.

I see Bluehost and Hostmonster being mentioned in this thread. I just thought I should mention they're two brands, but they're the same host. My experience with Hostmonster - not good. Decent in the beginning, but it got worse over time.
I've had a good hosting experience with Hostgator, 1and1 (as long as you can put up with their total lack of flexibility), Justhost (after a bumpy start) and a good experience with Liquidweb's VPS service as well.

I have tried Godaddy and have not faced any problems with them. Their customer service is good but takes time to reply (7-8 hours by email). You can check the pricing on their website. They are offering discount on buying domains now which ends on October 23.

In my experience Ipage was slowish, and uptime was not at all impressive. They're cheap though, so for hobby purposes they might be OK.

I used a lot of web hosting companies, Dream host, Hostlatte, Justhost, CookieHost, and Burst.
I can say all of these companies are good except Burst, for some reason Burst doesnt have reliable hardware! I had so much down time due to hardware malfunctioning.

My current one is the best one I've used - otherwise I would've left for another one.
And for clarification; I consider it best for me because of price, reliability, and the support I get.
A lot of other hosts have left me in the dust without my money.
