Yes, all submitted hosts need to be reviewed before the profile goes active.

ANHosting? They are a just a reseller of MidPhase - so should I review MidPhase or have ANHosting added? (ANHosting has been a disaster by the way.)

I'm using Doteasy for my free/paid webhosting, and they're pretty good. Service is a bit lacking, but they're otherwise good. They offer bannerless free hosting. Can I review them?
