I just visited your blog and the template is not showing up. Just a white background with all your content..etc

I wonder if it's mysql issue?

When i have a potential plugin issue, i just remove my plugins 1 by 1 till i spot the problem. Usually i look for the plugins that have not been updated in a long time. WordPress updates there version and sometimes a plugin becomes not compatible with other ones till they get updated.

You have any cache plugins installed?

Yes, the 500 Internal Server Error is occur because your domain hosted server is SuExec enabled, you can also confirm if by using the steps provided on the following URL

How To Check Server Is SuExec Or Not

Login in to shell and run the following command to reset the permission for wordpres files/directories but make sure that you are running command under the directory under which you have installed wordpress

find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;
find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;

maybe your inbound visit processes is over your server's capacity, think adjust your server software or upgrade server hardware
