Anyone ever use Burst.net?

I'm looking for an unmetered dedicated server with cpanel. I'm thinking about Nocster which is owned by Burst. They offer an athlon 1800 with an 18gig scsi and 10mbs connection for around $120/month.

I need a ton of bandwidth so I'm leaning towards unmetered servers. The sites collectively use about 20 gigs/day and growing.

How much can you push through a 10Mbs dedicated connection?

Orangefiber is also on my list.

Burst is very good, and they have a very active open forum for their dedicated server support.

Websiteideas, I'm glad you had a good experience. We had some issues at Burst.net. We had a rack and 100Mb/s there in the beginning of 2005, and we were disappointed in service and support.

I might have just hit a bad time period or something, but they just weren't nearly as responsive as anybody else I've dealt with.

I hope you have a better experience!
Chad

Why dont you tries "reseller hosting plan" first?

you need to spend moneys on advertises and other stuffs,
that will cost you alot if you own a dedicated hosting

traffics and customers alway important first

I've seen some mixed reviews about them while browsing forums, but it is a big company so you would expect that.
