Stay Away From Premiumresellerhosting.com!

I orderd "reseller plan" from Premiumresellerhosting
The first time i need supported, the guy got mad when i was keep sending messages to him and asks for help

I pay only $10/month and i give full control for another person "AA" (because I own my serviver, so i just bought it for other "AA")

"AA" worked hard and has many customers,

However, the guy I ordered from, doesn't like that "AA" has too many customers and using too much "Disc-space" and "Monthlybandwith" from him

The guy had login to "AA" account, and deleted some files, then suspended the account

"AA" send me a message and asks me for help, so i send another message to the guy and asked why the account suspended?

Here is his reply said that:

The hosting service is for hosting websites not massive file storage.
Account with unacceptable usage with be suspended.

I told "AA" that he can just cancel the account, because i don't like the guy when he said that

Check if its your fault or not because someone might of had access to your account and uploaded things.

PremiumResellerHosting has horrible support, horrible hosting quality, no apparent stability and lame excuses. Stay away! I am trying to get a refund from them and they are writing rude remarks back to me instead of assisting me with cancelling. Nothing but trouble since the first week! The rudest, most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with.

I know more people having troubles with this hosting company "premiumresellerhosting.com" too

I had the bad feeling about this hosting company since the first 3 days hosted with him

bad supports, lying, writing rude when replied email back, unprofessional, the rudest hosting company

not follows the agreement

you must be very careful read the Tos before you hosts with him, saved the "Tos" some where in your PC (which he disable saved, you cant have a copy of it)

i hosted with him 2 months, and my account got suspended 4 times

You can't get refund from him for sure, he tried to steal every $ from me as he could, writing rude back

Fck this guy, i wish i can put a bullet into his head

If any one else having problem with this hosting company, please "register to be member of this forum" then post your message, warn us about that company so other people stay away from them

also, I would like to send complaint emails to the "Data Center", warns them about this bad company, So they will ban him, and no longer let him hosts, so please helps me if you are having the same problem with this company
