make your own host

I have a site, and I dont do anything with it anymore, but a long time ago I bought a bunch of space for it. so now i have a unused website and I want to make it a free hosting site. is there any scripts I can use, so that they come on and fill out the form and then they get there own site, with ftp access also. there site would be at [thereusername].[mydomain].com

well, people have to pay to get a site from me. I also want them not to have to have a domain. and there site will be at [mydomain].com/[thereusername]

AND I just noticed its not free to download. I need something free.
