It looks like your whole web host is down. I could not get to your site or mamb2b.com at all.

Personally, if a host kept telling me there was no problem but no one could reach my site, I would find a new web host. Unfortunately it happens sometimes.

Something is fishy.

2 different places I checked for the WHOIS information show your web hosting company as the registrant and dated the day after your example above.

To change your web hosting you will need to have access to your domain registration.

Once you get your new web hosting you have to go into your domain registration and change the DNS (domain name server) information (which you get from the new hosting company).

Right now you need to sort out domain name ownership. If you are not the registered owner with access to the domain registration account there is nothing you can do.

It seems that your web site is loading properly now. But it takes bit slow in loading. Just check with your hosting whether you DB works in Database pool well.If it is not proper try to reduce the Queries or connection made to DB. if you need to work with More Queries/hour you need to select dedicated hosting which gives you lot of Bandwidth for your web site.

The bandwidth won't help to improve the sites loading speed, you have to optimize the web pages/mysql database to increase the web site loading issue or you can contact your developer or host to improve the site performance ....

Hi saif,

Now, your website "eduportalbd.com" is loading fine without any issues. Also, the whois information of your website is displaying fine.. It appears that the server was down...

Hope your issue is resolved.
