Looking for a web hoster for domains in different countries.

Hello. Let me explain very briefly what I intend to do. I want to create 6 sites, (same content but different language). Instead of putting them all under the same domain, I want 6 different domains, each one with a specific country TLD (especifically, domain.com (English) domain.it (Italian), domain.es (Spanish), domain.de (German), domain.pt (portuguese) and domain.fr (French). The reason behind this is to give a "local" feel to my guests.

In order to rank better with search engines, it is reccomendable to host each domain in its specific country (domain.pt in Portugal and so on...). I am looking for a web hoster that can give me the full service and can give me a host plan to host each site in a server from its specific country. Does anyone here know any web hoster who can give this service? Thanks for any help from you members.

Thank you Scott. I understand it is important in order to be considered "local" by search engines. If for example you have a ".com", hosted in a portuguese server, I have read that portuguese google considers this site as local in Portugal. Have I misunderstood this?

The only way it could do that would be to geocode the IP address to find out the country. I have never heard that it would do such, nor any reason to do such.

Yeah I wouldn't bother about it mate. Whack it all on one host to start with and see how it goes.
