I think whatever terms "guaranteed" , "unlimited" etc used, there must be a catch behind these words.... this is what we call business. Do read every single terms and conditions before you sign up any services...

indeed there is few forums and subforum that allow postingof ads. but unlikely unlimited plan ....

as said, spend some money to ads on forums. sitepoint is good, 6k per mth.
