Looking for a REAL web host

Looking for a web host that has:

Image::Magick (have or you must install)
You must not be a reseller or there's no reason for me to go through you
I need 4000mb+ STORAGE
60,000MB+ Bandwidth
Free perl module upon installation
MySQL databases
Perl
A few emails

This site is NOT a business and I barely get revenue off of it, so I can't afford much

Try ipower.com or dreamhost.com, they offer a huge space & bandwidth at very low price (~100 USD/year).

I wouldn't recommend iPowerWeb if they were the last host on the web.

Theres a Flash Website that i forget the link to, But its basically a house and each link you click you go through the house to a different room. Does anyone know this? and if so the link to it??:
