Is it the server problem
I have recently transferred my website to new server.

However, there are some errors in my mainpage.

Is it a server problem?

I have uploaded the file in the right directory.

Most likely that you are using FOPEN in the PHP code to access a URL, and that your Php.ini file on the new server is set to not allow this.

I am with Dreamhost, I already sent an email to the support team. Hopefully they will be able to tell me why.

Is there anything that I could do now?

How could I find this php.ini file?

I couldn't see it in my folders.

You will have to change the PHP code. I dont think your hosts will help you with this, you may have to contact your PHP developer. You will have to include the file with a virtual or absolute path rather than URL. This is ofcourse, unless you are trying to access another site. I dont think the shared hosts will change their PHP settings for individual users.

My problem is I could see the file of ShowBanner.php but not ShowBanner.php?BannerType=468x60.

What does this mean?
