One of my very good friends and member at the ministry also hosts our website and has hosting arrangements for non profit organisations, as his organisation is non profit also. As I have experianced only positive things since our site is hosted by his organisation, both on the technical side as the speed etc.
It's featured with all you can dream of, ftp, cPanel, MySQL, phpMyadmin, php, ready to install invision board, xtra DB's, sub domains, sgi scripts, stats, newsletters, POP3 accounts, etc..

As the ministry's site is free hosted as a members donation I really have no idea of prices but I can recommend the services and the back up.
