* Collect backups of your files from cpanel
* Collect backups of your databases from cpanel
* Store them locally on your pc, just in case Smile
* Suitable for running as a scheduled task, for total automation

The guy that coded this is a very nice guy (he's not me) and he's giving this out for free. Because he's trying to help. Any donations you can give him , I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

Your cpanel can't download auto maticly ?
and it can't download them without interaction

Put a time in and this baby will download.
