Can some one refer me to a good hosting company.

Non adult hoting companies only..

I can recomend you www.hqhost.net. You will be able to use dedicated IP with them. (I've used this hosting for 3 years)

as i encounter before, only ixwebhosting & hostexcellence provide the IPs for free. u may check them out. ixwebhosting would be my first options. both are great.

I second ixwebhosting. I have been using them for a while and have clients who use them as well. They have great support too.

After all the research, Now I know what I am looing for.

1) Must have WHM and Cpanel
2) Should allow lot of domains.
3) Reseller plan (Preferably VPS)
-- Prefer one who gives an additional IP for $1.00
Looking for about 5 GB to 10 GB Space.

You may take a look at hostgator reseller plans. One of the better hosts around, meets most of your needs.
