The first option (as the above replies said) is to ask your web hosting company to fix it. However, that's not the case with all web hosts, especially the low quality ones. So, you'll find yourself dealing with malware removing etc.. But you can use a tool like Sucuri, they have a great service that scans the site for malware and remove it. That's what I suggest as the last solution if you got no response from the web host provider.

Also, you can download your whole site backup in ZIP format, then, use online scanning tools like Virus total or others. These online tools scan the file using 40 or more big security software and services.

As I can see, you said, the server was infected with malware, so, there is no reason to stay hosting your site on that same machine. So, ask them to move it after cleaning your site of course. Or, move to another web host, as HTMLBasicTutor said, if they have done nothing, then, there is no reason to say with them.

When a server has vulnerabilities, some malicious code can plague the web page or the entire site. It is very important that you alert your web hosting provider. Cleanup & Prevention is the next very necessary step. There are many guides available that can assist you with cleaning up a malware infections. You can refer Google webmasters guide >> "Preventing malware infection"
