Need Help

I bought a domain from namecheap.com and hosting from factor-host.com.

I went on to namecheap and selected Domain Name Server Setup, here I put in 4 Nameservers that my host give me.

My problem is I have set up sub domains that redirect and some times they work and sometimes they dont, also if I type in my url it comes up with my site but some times it goes to something like 'http://park01.park-your-domain.com/'

What am I doing wrong, or is it my host or domains falt?

Edit: Sorry this should be moved to 'Web Hosting Forum'

I think this is a DNS problem.
You must talk to your host about this. They would be able to help better.
