Be warry of places that offer 'unlimited transfer'. The simple truth is that honestly nothing is unlimited. If you start moving hundreds of gigs per month you will get your hosts attention adn they will suggest you pay more or move on even though thy have 'unlimited transfer'.

The last company I worked for had an Ev1 server, we never had any problems with it. We only cancelled it because Texas is a long way from the European customers we were targetting and the delay did slow the sites down quite a bit.
