Hi. I know about that company for a long time. At the moment I need hosting for forum. I want to know how do they take a load and how does support work. Do they provide memory limit etc

As far as I know hqhost.net provide 24/7 support (ICQ and e-mail, and ticket system is only for the clients of this host).
