cheap host copyright links

I'm looking for a cheap host that allows to post links to copyright video (located on sites like Megaupload)
So I'm talking about video NOT software. (there's a huge difference over here).

Actually lots of host don't state clearly that they don't allow hosting links, but I'm not sure.

Also how about hosting a link to a site that takes you automatically to the download? Is that legal?

The ONLY thing I want to host is a phpBB forum, nothing else.

its hard to advice like this...
based on what you said... its the forum members preference to post any links. then its sound like OK. member fault.

but at anytime, it cross the border, then you are at risk.
what will the border be... still not clear.
