In a nutshell SurfSpeedy Inc accepted a payment from us (over 100.00) and then cancelled our VPS AFTER we paid the bill and destroyed all our websites and claim they have no backups. I'm suing them. This is horrible business practice. We've paid them over 500.00 in total for services only for them to lose ALL of our business sites After we paid them ... Someone in billing mucks up and they terminated us by accident and then surfspeedy thinks they aren't accountable.. Well I'm just keeping my promise to them by showing exactly what they did. They are a **** web hosting provider who won't be in business much longer.

I just lost an entire website worth 50k plus with revenues because some moron in your company decided to delete our VPS after we paid the invoices. Either find a backup or compensate my company Suckered.Us for this or expect legal action. This is rediculous! I'm losing money now by the minute and my only backup is weeks old.
Fix the problem with either a fresh copy of my site live or 20,000.00 to cover my loss or you will be served.

I was just talking to john v in a chat and he said that my vps was terminated because of non payment well my business partner has paid the invoice this is the paypal transaction id (ID # 5HY969457G036364

this was made on the 19th of this month.
If want all the site's backup and if you cant we will sue.

My phone number is 1-250-xxx-xxxx I'm waiting for a call. This is the worst thing I've ever seen a web host do. I'm giving you an opportunity here to fix the problem right now or compensate fairly for the value or face going to court. I've screenshotted the conversation where it was mentioned we could have a couple days to pay the vps, also where we paid, including bank statrement and paypal statement, also the part where you've said the vps is completely gone with no backups and it was sht off for non payment AFTER we made payment. I've got it all. I can prove that some idiot on your end went in and deleted our entire vps and all our businesses AFTER we paid the invoice. I'd suggest coming up with a solution.

i apologise for our behaviour but our tempers where rising, but we have calmed down now. I have got proof of payment which is in the other tickets. Once you see that we have paid the invoice on the 19th can you reactivate the server and restore all the accounts back on.

Oh PS Kevin if you think you can simply say send stuff to Legal and get away with this you're mistaken. I know enough lawyers in Vegas being a commercial domain name broker that I can and will sue you if you don't fix this issue. What a load of bs you steal our money, lose our website , and then have the nerve to be unaccountable for it all and wipe your hands? I don't think so. I've given you opportunity to compensate and fix this.. Now I'm going to ruin surfspeedy with a press release and sue you for all damages if I'm not refunded within the day for the payments I just made.
I have no choice.. What would you do? Luckily for you I've only lost one weeks work as I have a backup from the 14th.. But the damages your company has caused already are staggering. Just do the right thing and refund me my paypal payment. We won't be using surfspeedy ever again. I'll simply walk away if you refund my payment. Oh and Chris speak for yourself. My temper over this has not calmed. No one at surf speedy even has the balls to admit what they've done. I simply want the refund for my payment and I'll walk away. I'm absolutely discusted at the treatment we've gotten from this company after we've paid out over 500.00 to them for a period of time. They messed up. Not us. Yet they sit there thinking this will go away. Read the surfspeedy reviews already out there.. That's nothing compared to what I can do with this if I don't get my refund.
