Need Reliable host, lots of bandwidth, and Cpanel w/ WHM

I wish I could afford dedicated right now, but I can't. I'm looking for a very reliable (99.9% or higher) and customer service-friendly host for an e-commerce site. I'd like to migrate all the my sites (from affordablehost) to the new host, so I'd love to have Cpanel's Web Host Manager enabled (or an equivalent), so I can manage everything at once. Lots of bandwidth (i.e. around 40GB or more) is a necessity.

I'm definitely willing to pay more than the ultra-cheap hosts, provided they can assure me they don't cram their servers full of accounts, and they are based in the US. Thanks for your suggestions...

I wonder if they can enable WHM, and how much they would charge for something like that. Is the load on their server high?

No im not affiliated with QWH.

Oh ROOT access would be something worth a fair bit.

No, It wouldn't be server1 or server2. It would have to be server3 or server4 - the mostly empty servers.

I'd never give root access to somebody other than a server-admin on those servers.

What your describing would be classified as a reseller account. There are many resellers out there but i have to be honest I dont have any experence with them.

If you posted your requirments as far as disk/bandwidth/domains/price then maybe we could link to some resllers that have packages that fit that need.
