By the way guys, she said that all she did was go to the court clerk's website and type in the name that he goes by... hmm, great work there.

you will notice that it says criminal records are not online, and that it takes 21-30 judicial working days to process a request....hmmm, something seems a bit fishy

So how could she have got records all of a sudden that take a month to process.....odd.
